How to Craft a Dispenser in Minecraft
To craft a dispenser in Minecraft you need seven cobblestone, one bow and one redstone dust. On the Crafting Table the cobblestone rings the bow and the dust sits under it. Below are the items, the recipe, and where those pieces come from.

How to craft these materials
Seven cobblestone, a bow, redstone
Mine stone with any pickaxe — the block drops cobblestone. Seven pieces cover the ring. Craft a bow from three sticks and three string, or loot one from a skeleton; a damaged bow still works. Redstone ore needs an iron pickaxe; one dust is enough.
Bow in the middle
Open the Crafting Table. Fill every square with cobblestone except the center and the bottom-middle. Put the bow in the center and the redstone dust in the bottom-middle, like a furnace with a bow instead of empty air. One dispenser appears on the right; take it.
Load it and power it
Place the dispenser so the face points where you want items to go. Open it, drop arrows or other items in the nine slots, then power it with a button, lever or redstone dust. Each pulse fires one item the way the face is looking.
