How to Craft a Golden Carrot in Minecraft
To craft a golden carrot in Minecraft you need eight gold nuggets and one carrot. On the Crafting Table put the carrot in the center and fill every other square with a nugget, and one golden carrot comes out. Below are the items, the recipe, and where those pieces come from.

Eight nuggets around a carrot
Carrots grow in village farms; break the crop and keep one. Zombies drop carrots as well. One gold ingot in the inventory 2×2 becomes nine nuggets; keep eight. Zombified piglins in the Nether also drop nuggets.
Carrot in the center
Open the Crafting Table. Put the carrot in the very center square. Fill the other eight squares with gold nuggets. One golden carrot appears on the right; take it. This ring needs the 3×3 table.
Night vision, or a horse
Eat it for six hunger. On a brewing stand an awkward potion plus a golden carrot becomes a potion of night vision. Hold one and use it on a horse, donkey or mule to breed the pair. A pumpkin pie fills more hunger if you still have pumpkin, sugar and an egg.
