How to Craft Mushroom Stew in Minecraft
To craft mushroom stew in Minecraft you need one bowl, one red mushroom and one brown mushroom. Drop the three in any squares of the inventory 2×2 or a Crafting Table. The spots do not matter, and one stew comes out. Below are the items, the recipe, and where those pieces come from.

How to craft these materials
One bowl, one of each mushroom
Three planks in a V on the Crafting Table make four bowls; this craft uses one. Pick a red mushroom and a brown mushroom in dark spots: under swamp trees, on mushroom fields, and on cave floors. Break them by hand. They drop at once.
Anywhere in the 2×2
Open your inventory or a Crafting Table. Put the bowl, the red mushroom and the brown mushroom in any three squares. One stew appears on the right; take it. The 2×2 holds the whole recipe.
Eat it, keep the bowl
Hold use on the stew in the hotbar. It fills six hunger, then the empty bowl comes back. Use an empty bowl on a red mooshroom and the same stew fills it. The stew does not stack.
