How to Craft an Arrow in Minecraft
To craft arrows in Minecraft you need one flint, one stick and one feather. On the Crafting Table stack them in a single column — flint on top, stick in the middle, feather at the bottom — and you get four arrows. Below are the items, the recipe, and where those pieces come from.

How to craft these materials
Flint, stick, feather
Break gravel until flint drops; about one block in ten pays flint instead of gravel. Two planks stacked in the inventory 2×2 make four sticks, so one pair covers this craft. Kill a chicken for up to two feathers. One of each is the whole recipe.
One column, four arrows
Open the Crafting Table. Flint in the top-middle square, stick in the center, feather in the bottom-middle. Four arrows appear on the right; take them. You can slide the same column left or right if those squares are empty.
Keep them next to a bow
A bow only shoots if at least one arrow sits in the inventory. Hold the bow, hold use until it shakes, then release. Skeletons drop spare arrows if you would rather loot than farm gravel and chickens.
