How to Craft an Eye of Ender in Minecraft
To craft an Eye of Ender in Minecraft you need one ender pearl and one blaze powder. Drop them in any two squares of the inventory 2×2, and one eye comes out. Below are the items, the recipe, and where those pieces come from.

Pearl plus blaze powder
Endermen drop ender pearls when they die. Blazes in a Nether fortress drop blaze rods; one rod in the inventory 2×2 becomes two blaze powder, and you keep one. One pearl and one powder cover the craft.
Any two squares
Open the inventory 2×2 or a Crafting Table. Put the pearl in one square and the blaze powder in another; the shape does not matter. One Eye of Ender appears on the right; take it.
Throw it, or frame a chest
Use it in the Overworld and it flies toward the nearest stronghold. Some throws shatter the eye, so craft a handful before you start walking. Eight obsidian plus one eye make an ender chest. Seven glass, one eye and a ghast tear make an end crystal.
