How to Craft Blaze Powder in Minecraft
To craft blaze powder in Minecraft you need one blaze rod. Put that rod in any square of the inventory 2×2 or the Crafting Table, and two blaze powder come out. Below are the items, the recipe, and where that rod comes from.

One rod from a blaze
Find a Nether fortress and kill blazes until a rod drops. Keep one. You do not need a Crafting Table for this, though the table still works.
Any square, two powder
Open the inventory 2×2. Put the blaze rod in any of the four squares and leave the rest empty. Two blaze powder appear on the right; take them. The same shapeless recipe works on a Crafting Table.
Fuel the stand, or brew
Drop powder into the fuel slot of a brewing stand; that is what keeps the bottles cooking. One powder plus gunpowder and coal also makes a fire charge. The powder stacks to 64.
