How to Craft a Brush in Minecraft
To craft a brush in Minecraft you need one feather, one copper ingot, and one stick. On the Crafting Table put feather, copper, stick in a column down the middle, and one brush comes out. Below are the items, the recipe, and where those pieces come from.

How to craft these materials
Feather, copper, stick
Kill a chicken for the feather. Mine copper ore with a stone pickaxe or better and smelt one ingot. Two planks stacked in the inventory 2×2 make four sticks; keep one. That covers the whole brush.
A column down the middle
Open the Crafting Table. Feather in the top-middle square, copper ingot in the center, stick in the bottom-middle. One brush appears on the right; take it. The 2×2 inventory cannot hold this height.
Sweep suspicious sand
Hold use on suspicious sand or suspicious gravel. The brush peels the block and drops what is buried: a pottery sherd, a sniffer egg, or another relic from that site. Trail ruins, desert wells, and ocean ruins hide those blocks. Brushes do not stack.
