How to Craft a Fletching Table in Minecraft
To craft a fletching table in Minecraft you need two flint and four wooden planks. On the Crafting Table put flint across the top of two columns and planks in the two rows under them, and one table comes out. Below are the items, the recipe, and where those pieces come from.

Wooden Planks
Oak LogWooden Planks ×4Shapeless: the slots can sit anywhere on the grid.
Two flint, four planks
Gravel drops flint when you shovel it; keep two. Punch logs and convert them in the inventory 2×2. Four matching planks fill the lower two rows of those columns. Oak works if that is the wood you already have. One flint plus one iron ingot still make flint and steel; this craft keeps the two flint on top of wood.
Flint on top of planks
Open the Crafting Table. Top row: two flint in the left and middle squares. Middle: two planks under those flint. Bottom: two planks. Leave the right column empty. One fletching table appears on the right; take it. The 2×2 inventory cannot hold this 3-high shape.
A fletcher's job site
Place it in a village and an unemployed villager can take the fletcher job. The fletcher buys sticks and sells arrows. An axe breaks the table. The same two-column wood shape with iron on top is the smithing table; this one wants flint.
